Stephanie Zukowski

Steph started with the BOEC in 2021 by successfully completing both the summer and winter internships. Building on this experience, she went on to become an adaptive ski instructor and also took on the role of summer course director at the BOEC. In May of 2023, Steph took a new position within the organization as the Internship Coordinator.

Before joining the BOEC, Steph pursued a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. After graduating, she guided a final season of whitewater rafting before moving to Breckenridge, Colorado in anticipation of the BOEC summer internship program. Her passion for the BOEC now lies in helping our interns to have wild and growth-provoking experiences with people of all abilities. If she is not at work, you can find her whitewater rafting, on a walk with her dog Toddy, or in the ceramics studio.
