Open Positions
SKI AND SNOWBOARD PROGRAM DIRECTOR
We’re hiring a Ski and Snowboard Program Director to lead BOEC’s adaptive winter programs across four Colorado resorts. This senior leadership role oversees staff, volunteers, training, and program operations, and helps create meaningful outdoor experiences for individuals with disabilities.
SEASONAL POSITIONS
INSTRUCTOR POSITION
BOEC offers seasonal instructor opportunities in both our summer and winter programs. Many of these positions are filled by former interns who have completed BOEC’s extensive training program, though we welcome applications from candidates with experience in outdoor adventure programming, adaptive recreation, and working with individuals with disabilities. Candidates with adaptive ski certifications and/or ski and snowboard teaching experience are especially encouraged to apply.
INTERNSHIP POSITION
BOEC graduates two classes of seasonal interns every year: summer and winter. Both internships include a three-week-long immersive training period and hands-on experience in all aspects of programming. Compensation includes full room and board, a monthly stipend, and seasonally applicable benefits.
