The Keystone Adaptive Center (KAC) Coordinator plays an important role within the BOEC Adaptive Ski and Snowboard program overseeing general operations of the Keystone Adaptive Center to ensure the effective operation of the Keystone adaptive ski program. The KAC Coordinator will have a passion for the BOEC mission and the participants who come to realize their own potential through participation in our programs.

Instructor Positions
Most of our summer field positions are filled by former interns who have completed a full season of training and coursework. Therefore, very few field positions are available, but you are welcome to submit a resume, particularly if you have experience both in outdoor adventure activities and working with disabilities and special needs. Similarly, many of our winter ski instructor positions are staffed by former interns, but again, if you have PSIA adaptive certification and/or experience in teaching skiing or snowboarding to adults and children with disabilities and special needs, please submit a resume and cover letter. Volunteers
The BOEC welcomes many people to work programs as volunteer instructors, especially in the winter. See the Volunteers page for more info.
Internships
The BOEC features seasonal internship openings throughout the year, offering room, board and a small stipend, and extensive trainings and work experience for those wishing to learn the trade. See the Internship page for more information.
