Cleft Camp is a four-day camp specifically for youth and young adults born with cleft lip and/or palate. This camp provides children the opportunity to spend quality time with others who share a similar diagnosis. In the mountains of Breckenridge, campers participate in various outdoor activities, engage in teamwork, enhance self-esteem, and leave feeling more confident. While at camp, participants enjoy hiking, ropes courses, a climbing wall, canoeing, arts & crafts, and other games. Campers also participate in a sharing circle which allows campers to talk about their feelings in a safe environment, ask fellow campers questions about cleft-related issues and form solid friendships.
