Creative Minds is an exciting and unique program for adults with brain injuries that incorporates alternative approaches to enhancing physical and emotional health, such as hiking, dancing, cooking classes, yoga, music, poetry, journal writing, and exploring various artistic mediums. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own artistic interests and talents to the retreat. This is a long weekend in Breckenridge based out of Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center’s (BOEC) Scott Griffith Lodge and staffed by volunteers, a registered nurse, and BOEC experienced staff/instructors and interns. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet people and develop new interests and skills in a safe and fun environment.
