Pauli Novak

Pauli joined the BOEC in February of 2023 as the Marketing Manager. Working at a non-profit focusing on outdoor education in the mountains is the kind of job she dreamed of after graduating from Bemidji State University in her home state of Minnesota. Over the last 13 years in Summit County, Pauli has worked in marketing at Alpine Bank and Keystone Symposia helping to manage social media campaigns, working with development teams, and setting marketing strategy. As a 2022 graduate from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Pauli earned her MBA with an emphasis on Marketing. She is thrilled to call the Rockies home and to spend time outside skiing, hiking, and camping.
