After graduating from Indiana University with a BA in Communications & Culture, and French, this Wisconsin native started a career that brought her from Hyatt Hotels in California to SmithBucklin in Chicago to prove she is an established advocate for organization growth. After 8 years of corporate success, wanderlust led her backpacking throughout SouthEast Asia where she volunteered to teach English and experienced biodynamic farming practices. She then ventured on to graduate with an M.A. in International Development, Global Health, and Sustainability from the University of Denver Josef Korbel School of International Studies in 2017 and moved straight to the mountains. As a proud resident of Frisco, CO with her doodle dog Dil, she now puts her passions and experience to work at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. As development director, her joy for helping people of all abilities, her love and respect for the outdoors, and her past fundraising expertise culminate to help her secure funding for the organization annually.
