Emily O’brien

Hi, my name is Emily O’Brien, and I’m from Woburn, Massachusetts. I earned my undergraduate degree in International Studies at American University in Washington D.C. At the moment, I’m taking a gap year to explore different opportunities before pursuing a law degree. I grew up playing many different sports from a young age. From skiing to dancing, soccer to field hockey, ultimate frisbee to track, each sport has given me such wonderful opportunities over the years. I am truly grateful for the friendships I formed and the skills I developed on each of these teams. Because of these experiences, I am passionate about making recreation accessible to everyone regardless of ability which is why I am so excited to work with the BOEC in an effort to make this goal a reality!
