Shannon Buhler grew up in Summit County Colorado graduating from Summit High School. Shannon’s career in the ski industry began when she was 15 years old at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Throughout her career she has worked at 6 different ski resorts. Starting at Breckenridge in the Ski & Ride School and Product Sales and Services, she then made the move over to Vail Mountain where she was a Manager in Product Sales and Services. She then moved over to Keystone Resort where she was the Senior Manager of Product Sales and Services. Shannon then moved to Missouri where she was the General Manager of Snow Creek Ski Resort and lead the team through an integration into the Vail Resorts Network. Shannon and her family then moved to Northern California where she was the Senior Director of Mountain Operations at Northstar California Resort. Shannon then moved to Stowe Vermont where she was the Vice President and General Manager of Stowe Mountain Resort, the East’s Premier Mountain Destination. Shannon is now back in Summit County Colorado serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Keystone Resort.
Shannon brings a depth of knowledge for the ski industry and passion for the outdoors. Shannon also co-leads the Women & Allies Employee Resource group for the company.
