Kaitlyn Rayburn
Keystone Office Assistant
Kaitlyn is from Onalaska, Wisconsin, and was a summer 2025 intern with the BOEC. She is thrilled to stay as part of the BOEC winter crew as the Keystone Ski Office Assistant. Kaitlyn recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy and is now pursuing her master’s in Recreation Management. In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys adrenaline-fueled activities like skydiving and riding motorcycles. She also loves attending concerts, spending time outdoors, traveling, camping, fishing, and being out on the lake—often with her dog, who eagerly joins her on every adventure. Kaitlyn is deeply passionate about her career in outdoor recreation and is excited to help BOEC’s winter clients discover the outdoors in ways that are individualized and meaningful to them.
