For 50 years, BOEC has been expanding the potential of people of all abilities, and that legacy has been possible because of each and every person who has committed to our mission.  From the beginning, our interns, staff, volunteers, and supporters have been the heartbeat of the BOEC. As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we’re inviting all BOEC alumni to come back and rekindle the experiences you made here.

Community Day | September 5

Join us for the Wilderness Campus Open House to return to campus, revisit familiar places like Griffith Lodge and the Old Cabin, and experience some of the activities that have defined BOEC summers for generations. While this day is open to the broader community, we hope it offers alumni a chance to come back to your stomping grounds and reconnect with the place that made your time here special.

Alumni Reunion | September 6

Reconnect with fellow interns, staff, volunteers, and friends of BOEC, share stories from your time here, and celebrate the community that has shaped the past 50 years. We’re planning time to mingle, revisit memories together, and enjoy a few anniversary-themed touches as we mark this milestone year. We hope alumni will join us for one or both of these opportunities to reconnect this September.
