Since 1976, BOEC has provided adaptive outdoor education experiences for people of all abilities, with a focus on individuals with disabilities and special needs. Through skiing and snowboarding, rafting, rock climbing, canoeing, ropes courses, and wilderness programs, our staff helps participants build confidence, independence, connection, and joy in the outdoors.

Ski & Snowboard Program Assistant | Keystone
The BOEC Ski and Snowboard Program Assistant is a seasonal, part-time position designed to work in direct partnership with the BOEC Program & Office Coordinator. Working three days per week, this role balances two days of independent program coverage with one shared day of collaborative planning, administrative support, and peak-volume facilitation alongside the coordinator.

The BOEC Ski & Snowboard Program & Office Coordinator is a seasonal position responsible for overseeing daily office operations, administrative coordination, and local site logistics at the BOEC Adaptive Program at Keystone. Working under the direction of the Ski Program Director, this role ensures smooth day-to-day administrative operations, accurate lesson reservations, and a welcoming participant experience.
INTERNSHIP POSITION
BOEC graduates two classes of seasonal interns every year: summer and winter. Both internships include a three-week-long immersive training period and hands-on experience in all aspects of programming. Compensation includes full room and board, a monthly stipend, and seasonally applicable benefits.
