BOEC Wilderness Program Cancellation Policies

  1. The course deposit that reserves space for your group is non-refundable. The balance of the fees is due one (1) month prior to your group’s arrival.
  2. There is no refund for courses canceled within 2 weeks of arrival.
  3. BOEC understands that the actual number of students may vary slightly from the contracted number of students. We will provide a full refund for up to two (2) no-shows with 48 hours’ prior notification.
  4. In the event such course fees are not paid as provided herein, the contracted hereby acknowledges and agrees that the course may be canceled by the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC), or the contracted group or persons may be refused admission to the course.
