Some people find their way to the BOEC through a program. Jeff found his way through family. His brother, sister-in-law, wife, and a long list of close friends have all been part of the BOEC community as interns and staff — so when the opportunity arose to join the team in 2026 as Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst, it felt like coming home. Jeff brings years of consulting experience to the role, with a focus on building efficient, sustainable systems that support the BOEC’s operations and mission. Outside the office, he’s happiest outdoors with his family, or in his workshop crafting furniture, carpentry projects, blacksmithing, photography, or shooting traditional archery.
