Cassandra Parker-Swenson

Hi, I’m Cassandra! I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, where my love for the outdoors took root early on. I enjoy camping, hiking, climbing, snowboarding—really, anything that gets me outside. When I’m not adventuring, you can usually find me being creative through crocheting, painting, or ceramics. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Two years ago, I moved to San Diego, where I discovered my true passion for adaptive coaching. This past summer, I had the privilege of completing the summer internship with the BOEC, where I grew my skills in adaptive recreation. I had an incredible experience and am so excited to continue learning and growing during this winter internship!
