Charlie Edwards

Hi! My name is Charlie Edwards, and I’m thrilled to be joining the BOEC community as an intern. I grew up in Baltimore and recently graduated from Vanderbilt University with a major in cellular biology. I’m planning to go to medical school after a gap year of service to refine my skills in compassionate care, adaptability, and teamwork—qualities I hope to bring to my role at BOEC. Additionally, I’ve always loved outdoor activities like hiking, camping, hunting, and skiing—really, anything that gets me outside! Working with BOEC offers a unique chance to combine my passion for the outdoors with my commitment to the healing of the body and mind. I’m excited to dive into BOEC’s mission, learn from the team, and connect with everyone as we work together to make the outdoors welcoming for all.
