Yuri Czmola

A former New York native, Yuri Czmola (YOO-ree ch-moh-lah) joins the BOEC as Assistant Ski Program Director. With a solid background in adaptive sports instruction and program management, Yuri is set to empower individuals through engaging outdoor activities.
From academy coaching to nonprofit development, Yuri has developed ski school staff training, comprehensive digital marketing strategies, and event logistics. He has worked with various organizations across the nation, including Mount Snow and Vail Adaptive, teaching students and instructors from all walks of life.
As an educational staff member at PSIA/AASI, Yuri contributes to curriculum development and clinics. His experience managing major events, like the New York Marathon production, showcases his attention to detail and ability to thrive during peak times.
In his new role, Yuri will focus on improving day-to-day logistics, staff training, and supporting Program Director Jeff. His keen attention to detail and advanced coaching skills will enhance the experience for individuals with disabilities, enabling instructors to provide better lessons and build student identities as skiers and riders.
With a strong passion for diversity, accessibility, and inclusivity, Yuri is dedicated to championing equal participation opportunities for all individuals.
