A lifelong lover of the outdoors, Michael sought out the mountain lifestyle shortly after college and has been fortunate to spend 26 years with FirstBank in Summit County. In his career he has financed numerous developments throughout the county including many affordable housing projects, which have been personally rewarding experiences. In his free time he enjoys many outdoor pursuits including trail running, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and (occasionally) mountaineering. Most of all, he relishes time spent with his sons, Vlad, a freshman at the University of Colorado, and 4-year-old Vitali. Michael is a long admirer of the work and mission of the BOEC and its elevating effect on participants, locals and visitors alike. He appreciates the opportunity to serve and contribute toward this mission.
