Claire Sullivan

Claire has been at Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in various roles for the last 4 years. She originally moved to Breckenridge for an internship at the Recreation Center in 2021 after graduating from Baylor University with a major in Outdoor Education and a minor in Studio Art. She completed a summer internship at BOEC in 2022. She has led backpacking, climbing and canoeing trips crossing the country from North Carolina to New Mexico to Arizona. She holds certifications in rock climbing, ropes course facilitation, LNT, rafting, and outdoor education. Outside of BOEC, she loves spending time in the desert canyoneering, rafting, and camping, especially with her dog and partner. She loves watching participants light up on programs, through the rock wall, zip line, and on the river. She is looking forward to continuing her tenure with BOEC in this new position.
