Gardner Popp

Breckenridge Adaptive Ski & Snowboard Intern

Gardner Popp

Hello, my name is Gardner Popp and I am a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa! I recently graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. During my time in college I was on the UF Dance Team, worked at a preschool on campus and volunteered with Gator Pals at a local school for students with various abilities during their P.E. time. I fell in love with adaptive sports this past summer working at an all inclusive gymnastics facility which only affirmed my decision to want to join the BOEC community!

I grew up with a knack for adventure, spending many summers exploring the North Carolina mountains, embarking on mission trips in and out of the country as well as hiking National Parks in Utah, California, etc. This internship will be a perfect combination of my love for the outdoors and my passion for working with individuals with special needs. Annual family ski trips out west are my favorite childhood memories and I am looking forward to being a part of an organization that makes this opportunity possible for everyone!
