DESCRIPTION:9:00am to 11:30am for 14-16-year-olds (Limit 7) \nOn Thursday\, June 18th\, the BOEC Lake Dillon Adventure will start with a quick orientation before heading out on the water for a relaxing\, beautiful and fun paddle. All participants will have their own kayak equipped with outriggers to minimize the risk of flipping. Multi-seat kayaks will be available for friends that want to paddle together and\, in addition to the boats\, BOEC will provide PFD’s\, instruction and supervision\, extra hand sanitizer\, a mobile hand washing station\, and additional masks to all participants. \nAdvance registration and a waiver signed by an adult/legal guardian is required for all activities. DESCRIPTION:11:00am to 2:00pm for 14-20-year-olds (Limit 7) \nAfter instruction from BOEC staff we will start with Rock Climbing on our outdoor climbing wall. This wall has two sides so you can choose the amount of challenge you want. After tiring yourself out climbing we will have some paddle boards set up to take out on our lake. This is a great day anyone who is looking to try a new activity\, learn about the basics of climbing and belaying as well your first time on a paddle board. \nAdvance registration and a waiver signed by an adult/legal guardian is required for all activities. Interested individuals must register through Building Hope by visiting https://linktr.ee/buildinghope. \nWhat to bring: \n\nClosed toe shoes required for rock climbing\, any shoe you don’t mind getting wet will work for paddle boarding.\nMasks required for the entire time on the climbing wall\nWarm sweatshirt or fleece as it is cool in the shade at 10\,000ft.\nRaincoat\nSunblock\nPersonal water bottle\nSnacks or a lunch\nYour own hand sanitizer (we will provide it too but we would love if you had your own bottle)\n\nBOEC will provide: \n\nHarness\, helmets\, PFD’s\, and all climbing and paddle board equipment\nInstruction and supervision\nAdditional hand sanitizer\nMobile hand washing station\nAdditional masks if you forget yours\nRest room available at the Griffith Lodge\n\n  \n
