DESCRIPTION:Location: Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center Old Cabin/Camping\nDates: July 26-30\nTimes: Drop Off: 1:30 PM\, Depart: Noon\nAges: 12-16\nFee: $900\, Scholarships Available \nAbout: \nCamp Big Tree is a five-day program for youth with sensory integration disorders\, autism\, learning disabilities and/or attention deficits. Through a variety of outdoor activities such as rock climbing\, whitewater rafting and camping – designed around established experiential education models – participants will have the opportunity to develop social skills\, teamwork traits and leadership qualities that will transfer into everyday life. \nThis is a mobile course that begins at BOEC’s program site in Breckenridge\, CO. Students will be involved in cooking\, cleaning and gear preparation during the course; however\, the emphasis will be on having fun in a structured setting.
