DESCRIPTION:Dates: June 28 – July 2 (Mon.-Thurs. 8:30 – Noon / Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM)\nAges: 12-17\nFee: $350/week \nThis week are going to mix it up! We will have at least two days of rock climbing both on and off our site\, a day to play on our ropes course\, one day of paddling either at our site or Lake Dillon\, and one-day rafting on the Upper Colorado. DESCRIPTION:Location: Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center Old Cabin/Camping\nDates: July 26-30\nTimes: Drop Off: 1:30 PM\, Depart: Noon\nAges: 12-16\nFee: $900\, Scholarships Available \nAbout: \nCamp Big Tree is a five-day program for youth with sensory integration disorders\, autism\, learning disabilities and/or attention deficits. Through a variety of outdoor activities such as rock climbing\, whitewater rafting and camping – designed around established experiential education models – participants will have the opportunity to develop social skills\, teamwork traits and leadership qualities that will transfer into everyday life. \nThis is a mobile course that begins at BOEC’s program site in Breckenridge\, CO. Students will be involved in cooking\, cleaning and gear preparation during the course; however\, the emphasis will be on having fun in a structured setting. BOEC requires that all students be fully independent with self-care tasks or be prepared to bring a “buddy” to camp. \nFor more information\, please contact Claire DiCola at (800) 383-2632 or email claire@boec.org. \nIncluded in trip cost: \nFood\, specialty gear such as life jackets\, tents\, etc.\, transportation while on course\, and 24-hour instruction/supervision by BOEC professional staff.
