DESCRIPTION:BOEC Rock Climbing Challenge (Camp Hale) – Wednesday\, July 15\n8:30am to 2:30pm for 14-20-year-olds (Limit 10) \nAfter instruction from BOEC staff you will spend the day rock climbing and enjoying the views of the historic Camp Hale area. This activity is good for the both the experienced climber and beginners. Perfect for anyone interested in learning a new activity in a beautiful location. \nThis event is limited to 10 participants. Presented free of charge by generous sponsors for Summit County residents only. \nWhat to bring: \n\nLong pants recommended\, closed toe shoes required\nMasks required for the entire time while climbing\nWarm sweatshirt or fleece as it is cool in the shade at 10\,000ft.\nRaincoat\nSunblock\nPersonal water bottle\nSnacks\nYour own hand sanitizer (we will provide it too but we would love if you had your own bottle)\n\nBOEC will provide: \n\nHarness\, helmets and all ropes course equipment\nInstruction and supervision\nAdditional hand sanitizer\nMobile hand washing station\nAdditional masks if you forget yours\nPit toilet at Camp Hale will be available\nTransportation to/from Camp Hale can be prearranged in BOEC Vans.\n\nAdvance registration and a waiver signed by an adult/legal guardian is required for all activities. This wall has two sides so you can choose the amount of challenge you want. After tiring yourself out climbing we will have some paddle boards set up to take out on our lake. This is a great day anyone who is looking to try a new activity\, learn about the basics of climbing and belaying as well your first time on a paddle board. \nAdvance registration and a waiver signed by an adult/legal guardian is required for all activities.
