DESCRIPTION:Ever wonder how you can escape to find a wild place right outside your back door? Building Hope and BOEC invite attendees Ages 13-20 to come find out with our Intro to trail running clinic. We will break down the barriers to running\, discuss how to fuel your body and prep for a trail run\, learn how to plan a route and enjoy the fall colors along easy single track trails. All levels and abilities are welcome for ages 13-20. \nAdvance registration is required with a waiver signed by an adult/legal guardian. Before proceeding with registration\, please complete the BOEC/Move United Release of Risk and Liability. \nThis event is limited to 8 participants Ages 13-20.
